JOB PURPOSE
The Escapade Welcome Host will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a positive and lasting first impression.
The Welcome Host will hold a friendly, welcoming demeanour will set the tone of guests stays. This will be to make our guests feel valued and comfortable at all times during their stay at Escapade,
Silverstone.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To create and implement a best-in-class and award-winning guest experience through:
» Guest Assistance: Welcome guests into Escapade with a warm and friendly greeting as they arrive
at the establishment. Provide guests with the information about the establishment, its services,
and answer any questions they may have. Escort guests to their tables, offering assistance with
seating arrangements if required.
»Guest Relations: Recognise and acknowledge owners and repeat guests, providing a personalised welcome experience. Handle any special requests and accommodations such as arranging for certain events or celebrations or meeting specific dietary requirements.
»Check-In Support: Assist with the check-in process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for guests. When applicable, check in guest luggage with careful handling. Confirm and manage reservations, ensuring that guests are seated or accommodated promptly.
»Communication and Collaboration: Relay important information and guest requests to the restaurant staff, ensuring a seamless dining experience. Collect and document guest feedback and suggestions, forwarding them to the Restaurant Manager.
»Hygiene and Safety: Maintain awareness of safety and security protocols, reporting any concerns to the Restaurant Manager. Assist with managing guest flow during busy periods, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for all.
»Sustainability: To promote, implant and act with the sustainability initiatives as directed by

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS
»Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or any other lifestyle/ distinctive brand is desirable but not required
»A strong, yet positive guest service style
»Organized and ability to work within the team or on their own
»Strong interpersonal skills
»A good command of the English language. Additional languages are advantageous
»Maintains impeccable personal grooming standards while radiating an aura of elegance and refinement
»Full clean UK driving licence is desirable
