The Night Receptionist Role
Our front office team is the heart of the hotel, providing a warm welcome and memorable experiences for our guests. The Night Receptionist role involves:
* Handling check-ins and check-outs, but also managing everything in between
* Ensuring all aspects of the guest journey are anticipated and delivered at the highest level
* Exuding patience, empathy, and hosting personality
* Working proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth front office operations
