Due to ongoing internal growth within the firm, an audit and accounts senior job has arisen.
Your new role
You will be joining a fast paced, growing team of audit and account professionals for you to both learn and develop from. Your day-to-day duties will cover assisting and overseeing the team with the planning and fieldwork stages of the audit whilst helping to ensure quality andpliance with clients. You will also work closely with the juniors in the team, advising and guiding them daily through stages of the audit, whilst maintaining current and forming new client relationships. In terms of accounts work, you will be preparing accounts to both manager and partner review, working predominantly on statutory and management accounts. The client base will be similar for both the audit and accounts work.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a minimum 3 years experience within a similar role in an accountancy firm, whilst being either a finalist, qualified by experience or a qualified ACCA or ACA professional. You will need to be technicallypetent working with a varied client portfolio, working on all stages of an audit. You will also need to have experience preparing both financial and management accounts. With this technical experience, you will also need to show solidmunication skills and demonstrate strong team-working abilities.
