An employer of choice based in the Brighton area is looking to recruit a full-time HR Business Partner on a fixed-term contract for a period of 12 months.
Job Description
As HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
1. Ensuring the company is following current policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and regulations.
2. Checking end-of-year and probation reviews are completed by managers and providing additional support to the HR team when required.
3. Providing training and support to managers throughout the recruitment process to ensure the development of employees for the business.
4. Completing HR inductions for all new employees, as well as exit interviews and off-boarding procedures for leavers.
5. Training for Mental Health First Aiders, managers, and all employees on mental health and wellbeing.
6. Investigating complaints and grievances when required.
7. Maintaining employee records and ensuring GDPR is adhered to at all times.
8. Sending emails and uploading posts on the company website to all employees to update them on company information.
The Successful Applicant
1. CIPD or similar qualification.
2. HR generalist knowledge.
3. Hybrid working.
4. Immediately available or shorter notice period.
