What would a typical day look like for you?
* Client Support: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial plans, including gathering client information and organising financial data.
* Research and Analysis: Conduct research on investment options, financial products, and market trends to support financial recommendations.
* Documentation: Help prepare and maintain accurate records of client meetings, recommendations, and financial plans.
* Compliance: Ensure that all financial planning activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your financial planning skills and industry knowledge.
* Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to senior financial planners, including scheduling meetings and managing client communications.
About you:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
* Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
* Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment and a willingness to learn from experienced professionals.
* Ethics: High level of integrity and commitment to ethical standards in financial planning.
* Experience: Previous experience or internships in finance or related fields is beneficial but not required. You will however have the desire to commence a long-term career within Financial Planning.
