We are currently looking for a Transaction Services Assistant Manager who will lead the High Value Cash Associates and Transaction Assistants to deliver exceptional service to the retail and corporate teams and act as a first line of support to colleagues in processing large and complex transactions. About the Role The Assistant Manager in this team will take accountability for learning the intricacies of AML and high value cash processes to lead our colleagues in delivering excellent face to face service with our customers and make decisions informed by legal governance. They are expected to coach their team in service delivery and set the standard in completing due diligence to inform expert decision making and ensure the business is protected from risk. About You As a people first leader, you will easily engage with your own team and support the transaction service manager in setting objectives to guide strategy, and motivate others to deliver on quality measures and KPI’s to deliver an exceptional customer journey.
