This full time Operations and Café support role will suit someone who has previous administrative and customer service experience. We are looking for a colleague to help run our on-site café and complete administrative tasks essential to the smooth-running of our organisation. In both parts of the role, you will be interacting with our members, so we are looking for excellent interpersonal skills. Our ideal candidate is adaptable and positive with good IT, maths, and English skills. Back on Track started as an advisory service for people leaving prison in 1977. Today, we work with anyone who is going through a process of recovery or rehabilitation, and we support around 600 people each year. We have maintained a specialist role in criminal justice, and over the last 10 years have provided education and community learning to people who have experienced multiple disadvantages such as; insecure housing, substance misuse, and difficulties with their mental health. At the Back on Track centre, we deliver an exciting learning and progression programme that prioritises self-determination, wellbeing, and social inclusion. Any specific projects that we deliver are integrated into our wider Back on Track offer and community.
