We're looking for a proactive Quality Manager to support our site in Dover as well as working with other quality leads in the Group at Bradford, Gosport and our International sites in the USA and Germany. What you'll do:
1. Oversee Quality Assurance (QA) functions, ensuring compliance with GMP, ISO 17025, FDA 21 CFR 820, and other regulatory standards.
2. Develop and implement quality systems, policies, and SOPs to maintain high standards in testing services.
3. Manage investigations, audits, non-conformances, and supplier quality to drive continuous improvement.
4. Lead a team of Quality Specialists, providing training and promoting a culture of quality and compliance.
5. Serve as the Management Representative for Regulatory Affairs and liaise with certification bodies.
6. Oversee health, safety, and risk management, ensuring compliance with national and international regulations.
