Job Description
* Oversee the preparation of financial reports and forecasts.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
* Manage the company's budgeting and financial planning.
* Coordinate with auditors to ensure annual audit process is carried out.
* Develop strategies to maximise ROI and meet the company's financial objectives.
* Lead and manage the accounting and finance team.
* Collaborate with management on the development and execution of funding strategies.
* Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
* A relevant qualification, or be qualified by experience.
* Proven knowledge of CIS (construction related scheme).
* Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Exceptional leadership abilities with a team-focused approach.
