Ensures the provision of a proactive, high quality, cost effective, safe and responsive service to cardiorespiratory wards. To actively develop the cardiology pharmacy service, exploring opportunities for clinically advanced services, such as review of patients in clinic. To provide a clinical ward pharmacy service to the cardiology ward and lead on the education and training of other members of pharmacy and MDT in the pharmaceutical management of these patients.
