be the first point of contact for customers around the world, by telephone as well as in monitoring the main email inbox
work with our customer relationship management software to organise in- and out-bound communications as well as data handling
carry out sales order processing
resolve customer enquiries and escalate where applicable
carry out invoicing and credit control duties
maintain customer contact records
