As our Experience Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and execution of all experience elements of events, entertainment initiatives, and guest activations at Bicester Village.
This role ensures that each event aligns with Bicester Village’s luxury brand identity and meets the high expectations of its guests. You will be assisting with managing logistics and on-the-ground arrangements, while also collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional, innovative experiences.
What you will be doing
* Oversee the execution of all experience elements for events at Bicester Village, ensuring they meet the luxury standards expected by Bicester Village guests.
* Ensure that all guest journey elements are meticulously planned and executed, considering logistics, guest flow, and overall experience.
* Supervise all on-the-ground logistics for event activations, installations, and other key aspects of the village’s look and feel.
* Manage and coordinate the setup and breakdown of all event-related installations and structures.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to implement creative and innovative event concepts.
* Manage entertainment-related logistics, including the coordination of performances and live events within the village.
* Conduct thorough inspections of event installations and setups, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and to the agreed quality.
