We are currently recruiting for a skilled and motivated Application Support Specialist to join our IT department on a full time, permanent basis. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting, administering, and continuously improving our business-critical applications, focusing on CRM and ticketing systems such as Tessitura Ticketing CRM, TNEW purchase path, and Analytics. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless delivery of our digital services and help to improve the operational efficiency of the Southbank Centre. Whether you're troubleshooting technical issues, delivering staff training, or helping to implement new solutions, you'll play a key role in keeping our systems running smoothly and meeting the needs of our users. Key Responsibilities Application Support: Provide specialist IT support for Southbank Centre's CRM, ticketing, and other digital systems, ensuring smooth functionality and user satisfaction. Helpdesk Administration: Administer the digital systems helpdesk, prioritising and responding to support requests according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and contributing to the continual improvement of team KPIs. Technical Troubleshooting: Analyse, investigate, and troubleshoot issues with software, system functionality, integrations, and product features. Resolve technical problems or escalate as needed. Collaboration with Suppliers: Work closely with third-party suppliers to escalate and resolve issues efficiently. Training: Deliver system training to staff in a variety of formats (face-to-face, virtual, recorded) and update training materials as necessary. Project Support: Assist in the technical delivery of digital systems projects, including gathering business requirements, coordinating user acceptance testing, and implementing agreed solutions. System Maintenance: Perform routine system maintenance to ensure data integrity and efficiency, adhering to best practices for system security. Continuous Improvement : Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Southbank Centre's digital systems and business applications. To excel in this role, you'll need the following skills and experience: Organisational Skills : Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment. Marketing & Ticketing Knowledge: A working knowledge of marketing and ticketing processes will be advantageous. Application Support Experience: Hands-on experience supporting business-critical applications, with a strong understanding of the application lifecycle. Problem-Solving Mindset: Proven ability to troubleshoot, solve complex issues, and work proactively. Training and Knowledge Sharing: Ability to create and deliver training sessions that effectively communicate system functionality to end users. Customer-Focused: A customer-oriented approach with excellent communication skills, able to foster positive relationships across teams.
