Person specification
Communication skills
Essential criteria
* Able to explain complex issues to non IM & T staff within the Trust and to stakeholders - Clinical and non clinical
* Excellent verbal skills
* Excellent written skills to coordinate the delivery of training documentation
Desirable criteria
* Database administration
* Understanding network issues
* Knowledge of Health service software systems
* Public Speaking to large audiences (demo's)
Knowledge/Qualifications
Essential criteria
* Knowledge of one or more computer system
* Educated to GCSE or equivalent
Desirable criteria
* Advanced training course certificate
* Degree in computer studies
Responsibility
Essential criteria
* Able to understand and follow department, organisational and national policy
* Can act on own initiative
* Follow and implement all training processes
Experience
Essential criteria
* Evidence of delivering any forms of training
* Extensive experience working for the NHS
Desirable criteria
* Delivered training within the NHS on clinical systems for at least 6 months
