This is an exciting opportunity for you to start your career as a Media Sales Manager (f/m/d) and join a rapidly growing media tech startup in London, UK. Ideally, you have a passion for sales and a drive to succeed. This role offers a competitive salary and commission structure, with the potential for career growth within the company.
* Identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients
* Pitching framing to your prospects and educating them about our products
* Building media plans following the client's needs/briefs
* Negotiating contracts and closing deals with new and existing clients (10k-100k deals sizes per month)
* Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies and to be proactive
* Representing the company, working on personal branding to grow your reach to prospects
* Working closely with Sales teammates from other markets on international deals

Your profile

Thereby you don’t shy away from pitching and convincing important stakeholders.
* 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the advertising industry
* Communication at eye level, ability to work in a team as well as collegial commitment characterize you
* British English is your mother tongue; other languages are a real plus

* Positive can-do and hands-on attitude with the ability to multitask
