We're on the lookout for HR Assistant on a Part-time, permanent basis to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional The HR Assistant will control the daily management of the Time & Attendance system (TMS) and to maintain HR records, trackers and ensure personal records (paper and electronic) are kept up to date. You'll be working x 2 days per week, a Wednesday & Thursday, 8:30am-4:30pm Pay, benefits and more: We're looking to offer a salary of £13.33 per hour. What you'll do on a typical day:. To process HR forms for employees and submit to Payroll To maintain personnel records on Time Management System (TMS) and records on all employee attendance and sickness Managing and supporting HR Systems including Time & Attendance through to Payroll To manage the Time Management system, running reports etc when necessary Maintain employee personnel file, paper and electronically What you need to succeed at GXO: Previous experience within a HR Assistant or admin-based role.
