This is a great opportunity for an Experienced Hvac engineer to join a leading facilites management comapny in the UK.
Hours of work: Mon to Fri – 8am to 5pm
Location: Glasgow, Scotland
Salary: up to £43,000 plus fully expensed van
Role Responsibilities:
* Overseeing and completing planned PPM/compliance works
* keeping the client informed of site activities.
* Log completed jobs, report defects
* Assisting contractors and sub-contractors and ensure compliance with all statutory obligations.
* Boiler maintenance, leak testing, fan coil units
The Ideal candidate:
* NVQ in Air conditioning/refrigeration or equivalent
* Full UK driving license
* Fgas qualifications
* Commercial gas qualifications would be an advantage
* Building service experience
