Innovation: Embrace change and encourage innovation Job Summary: Vertus are looking to recruit a Senior Tenancy Administrator to join our Leasing Team. Reporting directly to the Tenancy Manager, you will ensure that residents (tenants) have the best rental experience and consistently deliver the highest levels of customer service, becoming a Vertus brand ambassador. Annual Salary: Circa £32,500 Closing Date: 11th November 2024 Main Responsibilities: Main Responsibilities: Conducting the tenancy progression process for all new tenancies commencing across 10 George Street, 8 Water Street, Newfoundland & 30 Harbord Square. Conducting referencing. Liaising with prospective residents during the tenancy progression process. Preparing draft tenancy agreements for approval and signature by Senior Management Team. Scheduling Right to Rent checks with Leasing Team. Registering Deposits or managing Zero Deposits process. Sending prescribed information to residents. Ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements relating to new tenancies. Conducting renewal process. Draft and manage any change of occupancy documentation. Keep internal records and systems up to date. Build good relationships with Building Managers, Concierge and Leasing Consultants. Inform Concierge & Building Teams of new tenancies. General administration. An d other reasonable dut ies as requested by the Tenancy Manager. Schedule Check in Inventories. Update Systems with new tenant registration. Inform the Council of new tenancies and renewals. Ensuring all new deal documentation is uploaded in the central storage system and file sign offs are complete. Environmental Responsibilities All Staff are required to follow the Canary Wharf Group plc (CWG) Environmental Policies for minimisation of waste and effective energy management as defined in the CWG Environmental Manual and associated documents. Quality Management Responsibilities All staff are required to comply with CWG Quality Management System requirements detailed within the Company Quality Manual & Policies, and to ensure that all Procedure; Plans and Forms within SharePoint are effectively implemented to meet the set ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard. What We Require of You: Previous experience in Tenancy Progression/Lettings. ARLA Level 3 desirable. Good telephone manner. Excellent customer service. Ability to multi-task and copes well under pressure.
