For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Independently search for and identify peculiar insights in website data, build and test hypotheses to improve key metrics
- Investigate changes in metrics and identify the reasons behind
- Enrich data, formulate hypotheses, and test
- Model the effect of hypotheses on performance metrics (correlations, retention, conversion, revenue) – evaluate scale and potential uplift
- Collect and process website data, build dashboards, maintain tools and methods for collecting, processing, storing, and analyzing data, write reports with data visualizations, etc.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
- Experience in conducting and analyzing A/B tests is an absolute must
- Knowledge of statistical analysis methods
- At least 2 years of experience as an analyst
- Ability to work with the Facebook API; experience with Zapier and TikTok API is a plus
- Experience conducting experiments and analyzing results
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, BigQuery
- Knowledge and ability to use Google Analytics
- Understanding of website performance metrics (e.g., bounce rate, session duration, conversion rates)
- Familiarity with any BI systems: Power BI (preferred), Tableau, Klipfolio, DataBox
- Experience with e-commerce analysis is desirable
- Understanding of various attribution models is a plus
- A degree in mathematics or technical fields is a plus
