You: We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our Cinch Store in Derby. This role will see you lead day to day operations for our busy service department, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability are maximised. Role Accountabilities: As a Service Manager, you will have overall accountability for people and financial performance within the Service division of your dealership. With support from your General Manager and corporate support functions, you will: Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced Drive a positive performance culture Oversee the service division, managing resource levels and productivity Accurately produce dealership reporting, in line with group reporting frameworks Support the dealership to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with manufacturer and regulatory requirements Personal Characteristics: It is essential that you have previous service leadership experience. Manufacturer experience would be beneficial but isn’t essential to the success of this role.
