The company have the patent for their unique product, so this really is a pretty easy sell to the construction, building renovation, hospital, hospitality sectors - basically, any building requiring this product - and there are a lot! Overview of the Role of Sales Executive You will be required to work within the sales team with the objective increasing sales figures, specifically on the service side of the business, which would mean renewing expiring contracts, offering additional services to existing customers and targeting new customers to increase market share. You will be a pivotal member of the sales team helping develop and participate in monthly campaigns, so you will need to be a creative individual with drive, motivation and passion to achieve results Key to the role is to make outbound calls to existing, lapsed and potential clients identifying key decision makers, interacting positively with them, building and developing good business relationships You will be able to professional respond to incoming customer enquiries and follow up in a timely manner, which also includes going to client visits to build that relationship. Constantly update and maintain internal CRM system to ensure validated and correct data is input to help develop a robust sales strategy to the correct contact Working to KPIs and targets will be part of the role to help achieve success. What Does Sales Executive Need to Possess? The ideal candidate will need to possess the following skill sets: - Drive and motivation - Enthusiasm - A Competitive manner to achieve successful results - Proven ability to achieve KPI’s and targets - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Confident and effective communicator via telephone, email and Microsoft Teams Meetings. - Ability to use Microsoft Office programs effectively (Outlook, Excel, Word etc) - The ability to structure yourself in your time and workload management - a driving license (max 6 pts) as you will be using a pool car to visit clients - Eligibility to work in the UK A proven work history as a business-to-business Sales Executive is essential for this role.
