As an Email Marketing Executive, you will be well versed in engaging copywriting and layout and have experience in managing and segmenting databases to effectively target campaigns. You will have a creative mind and keen eye for detail and will take great pride in creating imaginative and interesting content strategies that support our client’s needs.
Responsibilities
1. Support the delivery of email marketing campaigns
2. Ensuring design and layouts of emails are optimised, user and mobile-friendly
3. Working alongside the digital marketing team to ensure the emails integrate with websites
4. Produce inspiring and engaging copy suitable for digital communications
5. Sending graphics requests to designers
6. Compiling and cleansing email lists
7. Building a strong understanding of the customer profiles and data segments to enable you to segment data and evaluate the performance of customer segment groups
8. Record and analyse email marketing statistics, provide regular campaign performance reports, keeping documentation up to date for the senior management team
9. Gather, analyse and interpret continuous intelligence including industry trends and competitor activity.
Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required
1. A passion for email marketing and digital marketing
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
3. Ability to create clear design briefs
4. Strong analytical and reporting skills
5. Proficiency in Excel and able to read data
6. Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt to different tone of voice guidelines
7. Logical thinker who is highly organised
8. A team player with good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
9. Enthusiastic and capable of working within a team and on your own
