Are you an expert in airfares, have exceptional geographical awareness and have efficient management of reservations, ticketing, amendments, re-issues and refunds. Like the sound of this role, with an award winning travel company - get in touch today to find out more.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManaging and making intricate reservations\nProviding expert advice on airlines, routes, fare types, and fare rules.\nEnsuring the accurate and efficient issuance of published and consolidated tickets.\nNavigating minimum ground arrangements and ticket deadlines for negotiated ITX fares.\nProviding assistance with Galileo entries and technical support to GDS users.\nHandling PNR-related tasks, such as name corrections, seating arrangements, APIS updates, and managing ticket time limits in line with any airline remarks.\nAdvising on airline schedule changes and proposing suitable alternatives.\nRecalculating and amending voluntary changes in accordance with fare rules.\nReissuing tickets in the case of voluntary & involuntary changes.\nBuilding and issuing tickets for all fare types ,including group bookings.\nManaging cancellations, dividing passengers, and calculating airline refunds.\nProcessing refunds via GDS and BSP Link while maintaining high accuracy standards.\nInvestigating and disputing Airline Debit Memos (ADMs) promptly and professionally by understanding airline policies.Experience required:\n\nAdvanced knowledge of Global Distribution Systems (GDS), preferably Galileo.\nExtensive experience with ticketing, including fare construction, issuance, and reissue for all fare categories.\nProficiency in understanding fare rules and recalculating tickets for reissue and refunds.\nStrong ability to interpret PNR history and airline remarks.\nAwareness of BSP Link and its application in daily operations.\nExceptional multitasking abilities with a calm and focused approach under pressure.\nOutstanding customer service and communication skills, with a patient and empathetic manner.\nAbility to collaborate effectively in team settings while remaining self-reliant when needed.\nAnalytical problem-solver with a flexible approach to working hours and tasks.The Package:\n\nCompetitive salary + annual bonus\nFlexible hybrid working\nCareer development opportunities\n25 days holiday (increasing to 28 after 5 years)\nEnhanced Maternity/Paternity pay\n1 paid charity day\nPension scheme\nPrivate Medical Insurance or Healthcare Cash Plan\nFree breakfast and beveragesInterested?\n\nIf you are interested please follow the link to 'apply' attaching your CV.
