Rugeley John Taylor will offer a ‘gold standard’ curriculum to the youngest learners all the way through to sixth formers, providing a provide a personalised learning experience empowering and supporting pupils at each stage of their education. This brand-new school, opening initially with Year 7 in the secondary phase in September 2025, will incorporate many of the features of John Taylor MAT that have become a hallmark of its success: challenging the most able, outstanding quality of teaching, a taught curriculum of high-quality content and skills, and an enrichment offer and pastoral system we believe is second to none. We are looking for an experienced, adaptable and enthusiastic professional who can support the Executive Headteacher in bringing the vision to life. Whilst this role incorporates several responsibilities in the first year, this will change from year two as additional leadership colleagues join the team.
