4. A strong and creative approach to teaching and raising attainment
5. A commitment to develop the personalities, talents and abilities of all students
Skills and Attributes:
1. Teaching qualification - QTS, PGCE
2. The ability to develop and work in strong, effective teams and partnerships
3. Perseverance, determination and resilience to secure positive progress outcomes for students
4. Strong classroom management skills with a nurturing approach
5. A valid DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one
