About The Role
This is a permanent full-time role working 45 hours per week. Our Head Office is based at Progress Drive Cannock.
In the role of Traffic Management Administrator, you'll act as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers. You'll report into the Operations Manager and promote a positive image of RNR, completing all your duties to a high standard and in an efficient, customer-focused manner.
The package we are offering includes a competitive salary ranging from £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience and rewards package including holiday allowance and a Company pension scheme.
The job duties will involve:
* Providing an excellent level of customer service
* Acting as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers
* Maintaining live accurate records of jobs including site-photos, risk assessments, job updates received from Traffic Management Operatives out in the field
* Planning/providing a works schedule and handling any work order updates and/or revisions
* Raising TTRA’s/TTRO’s and light suspension applications as required for clients' work to be delivered in a safe manner with local Highway Authorities
* Applying and monitoring Streetworks permits
* Building job quality packs and submitting them to clients
* Monitoring work stacks and creating new jobs as per client requests in internal software packages
* Responding to emails and queries from Clients and Suppliers
* Requesting Traffic Management CAD drawings and Road Closures as required for clients
* Working in a reactive and busy environment
* Producing and issuing letter drops
* Performing general administration duties
About You
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and a flexible approach to work and enjoy working as part of a team. Experience of working in a telecom and traffic management environment would be advantageous, however, it is not an essential requirement of the role. You must take care in your work, be proactive in your approach, and be adaptable to the changing priorities of the business operations.

* A strong commitment to Health and Safety
* Preparedness to work overtime and have flexibility to work unsocial hours to meet the needs of the business
* Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Packages
Preferred Experience:
* Streetworks experience with Permitting and associated legislation
* Traffic Management Act 2004 experience and knowledge
* Understanding of NRSWA Act 1991 through experience and associated codes of practice
