Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a spokesperson for the business or product area.
* Collaborate with agencies on projects by supporting objectives, driving key tasks, and providing content.
* Build and maintain relationships with reporters.
* Develop and execute communications plans, refining key messages, comms plans, and materials.
* Manage communications programmes for external events, including designing presentations, comms, and visuals.
* Track the effectiveness of communications campaigns and manage feedback channels.
* Support reputation management efforts.
Mandatory Requirements:
* Ability to work cross-functionally to communicate with journalists and thought leaders.
* Experience in devising specific communications materials and designing campaigns.
* Strong stakeholder management and campaign planning skills.
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
* Skilled communicator and relationship builder.
* Previous experience in an agency environment.
* B2B and consumer experience.
* Solid experience in public relations, media relations, or communications.
* Corporate experience and background in policy and political issues is a plus.
* Experience with Google Docs, Google Mail, and design tools.
