Administrator - Permanent - Skelmersdale - upto £30,000 per annum We are delighted to be working with our well-established client who are seeking an experienced Administrator to join a team of 5. This is a great opportunity for a motivated and adaptable individual, you will be managing 3/4 client accounts with your duties including: Answering incoming calls and emails Taking new customer calls and setting up on the system Maintaining good client relationships Booking in jobs for engineers Ordering any parts and materials Handling any issues and queries Raising jobs Sending out invoices and handling issues Maintaining details on the system Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm The idea candidate will be an organised team player and detail orientated. Confident user of Excel and knowledge of Sympro system would be an advantage.
