About the Role
The primary purpose of this role is to leverage telecoms site design expertise, data, and technology to enhance decision-making, design quality, and overall design performance. As the Design Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high standards in telecoms site design while driving digital transformation initiatives to future-proof our processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate across teams and directly shape the future of telecoms site design. This will be achieved through exemplifying Cornerstone’s values of Delivering Excellence, Providing Sharper Solutions, building stronger Connections and Inspiring transformation.
* Lead digital transformation initiatives and design process improvements, integrating tools like Power Apps, AI, and automation to enhance design quality and efficiency.
* Collaborate with IT and BI teams to create insights-driven reports, optimise design guidelines, and improve project outcomes through design audits and quality assessments.
* Support and align design governance and delivery across multiple projects, fostering collaboration with design partners and ensuring consistency with design standards.
Skills and Knowledge
* Strong expertise in telecom site design, telecoms infrastructure, and experience enhancing design quality through digital transformation.
* Solid technical foundation with data analysis skills and proficiency in tools like MS Teams, Power BI, and design-specific technologies.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, supported by a relevant technical qualification and ambition for professional accreditation
