~ On-site Seascale, Cumbria The Energy Division at ARM are currently recruiting an experienced Temporary Works Co-Ordinator to join a world-leading, nuclear client that is working on the BEP project at Sellafield, Cumbria. Job Overview: The Box Encapsulation Plant project is one of the most important construction projects at the Sellafield Site, the plant will play a vital role in Sellafield’s 100-year clean-up program by taking nuclear waste recovered from the sites original waste plants and encasing it in concrete so it can be stored in a modern building. Deliver onsite control of erection, inspection, maintenance (where required), safe-use, and dismantling of TW.
~ Produce and maintain a record of inspection during erection, use, maintenance (where required) and dismantling of TW.
~ Ensure that relevant sign(s) are identified and attached to key TW that have higher footfall and/or risk such that they are identified by signage with key information, i.Undertake TW design assurance on project through conducting audits and regular meetings with the engineering and project teams, identifying best practice, areas for improvement and areas of concern.
~ At least 3 years’ experience of working on similar projects
Completed H&S training course (SMSTS, IOSH or equivalent).
