About the role
Our Team Leaders support the management team with the everyday running of a busy store and team. You will be supporting with;
1. Leading and motivating your team
2. Delivering great Customer Service
3. Encouraging the team to hit their KPIs
4. Ensuring great company standards
5. Visual merchandising
6. Being a Brand Ambassador!
About you
We are looking for someone with…
7. Previous supervisory/Team Leader experience
8. Ability to motivate a team
9. Good organisational skills
10. A passion for selling and customer engagement
11. An interest in visual merchandising
12. Clothing experience - desirable but not essential!
13. Passion, enthusiasm, and a hands-on attitude
