NHS Grampian eRostering Programme eRostering Officer (temporary) Band 4 Location: Summerfield House Vacancy Description : Hours 37 hrs per week. Location: Workforce Department, Summerfield House, Eday Road, Aberdeen. Contract: 1 year fixed term or secondment An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the NHS Grampian eRostering Team to support the use of the Optima system. The postholder will be involved in system administration duties, electronic roster configuration, system updates for the Agenda for Change non pay reform measures, reporting, and other system related tasks, working to strict deadlines at all times. The postholder will work closely with colleagues in the eRostering, Workforce, Bank and Central Rostering teams as well as staff and managers in service areas. Candidates should have excellent people and communication skills, be enthusiastic and motivated and able to interact with staff at all levels. The postholder will be working in a small but supportive and dynamic team and must be committed to the delivery of excellence. The post holder will be required to use Excel, MS Teams and other systems pertinent to the work of the team, this must be coupled with the ability to undertake time critical tasks to a high degree of accuracy, pro-actively communicate effectively in writing and orally with all users and stakeholders. This post is based at Summerfield House. Team members are currently working on a hybrid basis, working between home and the office so the opportunity is available to participate in this. Depending on service needs, the postholder will be required to undertake duties at various sites across NHS Grampian and hence the ability to travel across sites is essential.
