The Details: Title: Netball Lead Coach Contract: Seasonal work available in school holidays. Hours: 8.30am – 4.30pm weekdays. Summary of Position: Ensure the successful delivery of our sport academy programme Ensure the welfare and safety of the children Deliver excellent, energetic coaching sessions where all children can develop their skills, be challenged and have fun and manage/support your team of coaches to do the same. Demonstrate the ability to develop and progress sessions for varying ages and abilities. Act as a key point of contact for parents, Head Office, host venue, and children. Bring your skills. Significant experience working and coaching children Excellent working knowledge of all aspects of chosen sport (technical, tactical, physical) Good organisation and communication skills. Approachable, patient, and above all, passionate Desirable Requirements: Management/supervisory experience Hold a Paediatric First Aid (12 or 6 hour) or First Aid at Work qualification About Us What M akes us Ultimate?
