We are seeking a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. This is a varied and busy role where you will contribute to a broad range of marketing activities, playing a key part in delivering successful multi-channel campaigns. Previous experience in social media management, email marketing and producing podcasts would be advantageous to this role. You will work closely with an energetic and enthusiastic team to deliver successful campaigns across our chosen markets. Location This role can be based in any of our office locations across Hampshire, Wiltshire or Dorset, but regular travel between all five of our offices will be necessary to build relationships and develop an understanding of our services and markets. Key responsibilities Social media management: Promoting and strengthening the brand using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter). Podcast production: Plan, produce and manage our Candid Divorce Lawyer podcast, from idea generation to post-production promotion. Campaign coordination : Co-ordinating multi-channel campaigns from start to finish, including contribution to planning, design, monitoring and measuring and end of campaign reporting Design support: Use of design tools (primarily Canva) to design and prepare artwork for campaigns Marketing collateral: Developing and maintaining marketing materials, acting as a central point of reference for production Content creation: Drafting copy for the website, publications and advertisements Brand stewardship: Maintaining a clear and coherent brand message in all of our communications Event management: Assisting with running high quality events - from establishing audience and objectives, project management and production of supporting material, delivery of event on the day and post event evaluation Agency management : Liaising with external contacts and suppliers such as digital, PR and organisations we sponsor. About you A team player with excellent project management and organisational skills. Confident working across various levels of seniority within the business. Flexible, proactive and able to manage multiple projects. Strong communication skills, with a positive and professional attitude. Willingness to work outside of normal working hours when required. Essential requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role. Full UK driving license and the ability to travel between offices. Candidates must be positive and proactive in their approach, with good communication skills. Desirable CIM qualification or marketing degree. Experience in a legal or other professional services environment. Closing Date 1 November 2024
