About the Role:
Are you a creative marketing leader with a passion for building standout brands in the hospitality industry? As Marketing and Brand Director, youll play a key role in a growing restaurant group with big plans for UK expansion. Youll bring innovation, agility, and a customer:first mindset to ensure our brand remains fresh, relevant, and impactful.
Working closely with the CEO, youll collaborate across all departments and restaurant teams to bring brand vision to life throughout the business. Youll create a long:term brand strategy, develop tactical marketing plans, and execute campaigns that drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop innovative, data:driven strategies to grow and engage customer base.
* Design, manage, and execute marketing campaigns to achieve sales goals across both new and existing locations.
* Lead and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effective and efficient spend.
* Refine and enhance the brands value proposition, supporting menu innovation and elevating the guest experience.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies to support brand strategy and campaign execution.
