GI Group are currently recruiting for multiple Class 1 Drivers for our prestigious client in Rotherham S63.
Job Details: Class 1 Driver of cold and chilled foods.
Pay rates:
1. Class 1 Days £16.00
2. Class 1 Nights £17.00
3. Class 1 Sat £18.00
4. Class 1 Sun & B.Hol £19.00
Shifts / Start times: The client operates 24/7, so shift times will vary, meaning flexibility is very important.
Main Duties will include:
* Securing loads
* Delivering safely via a given route
* Keeping and maintaining regular records and journey details
The Candidate:
* No more than 6 penalty points
* Hold an up-to-date CPC and Tacho card
* Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
* A positive attitude and work ethic, always keen to learn new skills
* Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English to adhere to health and safety requirements
* Have good customer service skills and an eye for detail
