Job Title: German and Italian Speaking Administrator
Salary: £26,000 - £33,000 per annum

Role Summary: You will play a vital administrative role as the link between licensed growers and the Business Development team, managing all aspects of the Licence & Distribution Agreements while maintaining precise and thorough record-keeping. Drawing on your strong proficiency in German and Italian, you will support the team in generating and collecting royalties from licensed growers. Operating within a dynamic B2B environment, the International Partner Network team collaborates with clients and contacts across Europe and globally. Their work spans all levels of the supply chain, from large-scale growers to the retail marketplace. This position is ideal for a language graduate eager to apply their skills in a customer-focused administrative role. Key Duties:
1. Process and analyse sales orders
2. Invoice royalties and sales orders
3. Keep customer profiles and records up to date
4. Update pricing matrices and manage stock
5. Communicate with network partners
6. Maintain practical knowledge of the products and brand
7. Provide support to the International Partner Network Team
8. Identify key points from documents and figures, presenting information clearly and succinctly
9. Travel within Europe as required
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in an administrative environment is helpful, but full training will be provided
2. Fluency in both written and spoken German and Italian, alongside excellent written and spoken English
3. Highly organised with a keen attention to detail
4. Strong administrative skills, including record-keeping, data processing and analysis, and effective verbal and written communication
5. A team player who values shared knowledge and collaboration
6. Cultural awareness and the ability to adapt communication to different audiences
