This includes supporting recruitment, employee relations, and training initiatives while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Selection: Manage campaigns, source candidates, liaise with agencies, and oversee interview planning. Employee Relations: Advise management on employee issues, including absence, grievances, and performance management. Compensation and Benefits: Coordinate annual salary reviews and benchmark market data. Policy Development: Update HR policies in line with legislation and business needs.
