Reed Business Support are currently recruiting for a Customer Relationship Manager to join their client on a permanent basis, due to rapid growth. Responsibilities of the Customer Relationship Manager – Manage and coordinate daily sales activities, supporting the Business Development Manager (BDM) Key responsibilities include overseeing the sales admin team, enhancing customer satisfaction, and handling customer service enquiries. Managing customer relationships, addressing service complaints, and maintaining a customer database. Ensure the company's online presence is current, organise exhibitions, and monitor sales performance. Follow market trends, and regulatory requirements, with a focus on maintaining the company's reputation and integrity. Monitor sales figures and activity. Travel within the UK, Europe and overseas. Requirements of the Customer Relationship Manager - Proven experience in a Sales role (Account management, Relationship Management). Proven experience in a customer facing environment. An excellent team player – able to take on further responsibilities and help out other departments. An effective communicator, and able to manage a small team of Sales Administrators. A background within pharmacy or the medical industry is preferred. Benefits of the Customer Relationship Manager role – Monday – Friday Full Time, Permanent. Salary between £35,000 - £40,000 DOE.
