Selint Aviation Executive Search is seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead our talent acquisition efforts and drive our company's growth. This position offers leadership opportunities and the chance to shape the future of our recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including meeting with clients, job postings, candidate pipeline management, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
* Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews.
* Lead and mentor a team of 1-3 recruitment consultants.
* Develop and implement recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers.
* Maintain and expand a pipeline of high-quality candidates.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform recruitment strategies.
* Oversee recruitment operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
* Report hiring metrics and provide insights to senior management.
* Handle candidate rejections and maintain a positive candidate experience.
* Travel for career fairs, recruitment events, or client meetings as needed.
* Effective Project Management: Demonstrate proficiency in project management, adept at discerning between urgent and important tasks, and strategize accordingly. Thrive in fast-paced, structured environments, efficiently managing high volumes of work while adhering to strict deadlines.
Qualifications and Experience:
* 3-6 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in technical or aviation sectors.
* Proven ability to conduct interviews and assess technical skills.
* Strong knowledge of technical roles and industry hiring trends.
* Fluency in English is mandatory.
* Spanish is preferred but not essential.
* Willingness to travel.
