Salary: Circa £60,000 (subject to experience)

The Role
As a Delivery Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful projects within software development, industry changes, and internal business transitions. This role requires a balance of strategic planning, stakeholder management, and mentoring delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Scope and track software development and business change projects.
2. Integrate and manage project delivery teams to ensure optimal performance.
3. Create and maintain project plans, highlight reports, and exception reports.
4. Identify project risks and work with stakeholders to mitigate them.
5. Lead project go-lives and oversee new system adoptions.
The Ideal Candidate
1. Significant experience in delivery or project management within software development.
2. PRINCE2 Practitioner certification.
3. Strong track record of managing both internal and third-party stakeholders.
4. Exceptional organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
5. Proficiency in tools like Excel and project management software.
