We're looking for Senior Planner to join the Construction team based in Plymouth. Location: Plymouth Contract: Permanent What will you be responsible for? As a Senior Planner, you will be working across the Pre-Construction & Construction Delivery Teams to offer planning expertise on multiple projects at tender, PCSA and delivery stages of projects that can range from £5M - £100M in value. The Senior Planner will retain an overall development & monitoring capacity for complex projects to ensure construction plans are created, updated, and amended in line with project requirements. Your day-to-day tasks will include but not be limited to: Producing fully integrated programmes incorporating all disciplines (i.e. design, commercial, construction) based on output rates & benchmarking, with sufficient time risk allowances, terminal float / buffer to contractual completions and agreement with trade packages Production & monitoring of tender event schedule (TES) / procurement schedule Producing site logistics, scaffold schedules, temporary power & water requirements, temporary work schedules Developing information for tender settlements including benchmarking Liaising with sub-contractors Attending regular site visits Who are we looking for? This role of Senior Planner is great for you: Have construction planning experience gained within the main contractor environment. You have a solid history of working on build tenders and live projects between £5M - £100M in value. You are an experienced user of Asta Powerproject software. Able to use Bluebeam (oir similar) for take off's, logistic plans etc. You have strong knowledge of JCT & NEC contract conditions and how this affects planning. Experience in developing claims / CE's.
