We’re on the lookout for a motivated Account Manager to join this successful business based in the midlands.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining and growing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You’ll have the freedom to manage your accounts, travel across the UK for face-to-face meetings, and work within an industry that offers exciting challenges and long-term career prospects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Building and nurturing strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met.
* Identifying sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling tailored solutions.
* Working closely with the sales team to drive growth and expand our reach.
* Managing client interactions and performance tracking using Salesforce.
* Delivering top-tier customer service by resolving issues and providing expert guidance.
* Preparing reports on sales performance and market trends.
* Travelling across the UK for in-person client meetings (approx. 50% of the role).
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in sales or account management (preferably in the HVAC industry).
* Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and drive results.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a drive to succeed.
* A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
* Knowledge of natural ventilation and ventilation louvres is a plus!
