About the Role
As a Graduate Sustainability Associate, you will support the development, implementation, and reporting of sustainability strategies across a variety of projects. You’ll work closely with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to deliver meaningful environmental and social outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in sustainability assessments, data analysis, and reporting (e.g., ESG, carbon footprint, materiality assessments).
* Conduct research on best practices, regulatory frameworks, and emerging trends in sustainability.
* Support project management for client sustainability initiatives.
* Collaborate across teams to deliver impactful sustainability solutions.
* Help prepare sustainability reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
About You
* A recent graduate with a degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Geography, Economics, Business, or related field.
* Strong analytical and research skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A genuine passion for sustainability and climate action.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Familiarity with sustainability frameworks (e.g., GRI, TCFD, SDGs, B Corp) is a plus.
