About the Role: As a Panel Beater, you’ll be responsible for restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition through expert panel repair and replacement. Working on a wide range of vehicles, including electric and hybrid models, you'll ensure every repair meets our high standards and manufacturer specifications. Key Responsibilities: Conduct panel repairs, including straightening, filing, sanding, and part replacement. Use specialized tools to reshape and perfectly fit vehicle panels. Perform body alignment and welding tasks as needed. Ensure all work adheres to BSI PAS 10125 standards and manufacturer guidelines. Inspect vehicles to assess damage and plan repairs accordingly. Work closely with the team for seamless workflow and clear communication. Keep your workspace safe and organized, following Health & Safety standards. About You: We’re seeking a skilled Panel Beater who values quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Ideal candidates will have: Proven experience in panel beating and body repair. Strong commitment to high standards and a keen eye for detail. Experience with traditional and modern vehicles, including electric and hybrid models. The ability to work independently and effectively within a team. ATA/NVQ qualifications in vehicle body repair (preferred; training and support for renewal available). A proactive, flexible approach to work.
