Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a team. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and excellence in customer service. Stock Management: Oversee the GP% for the café, Stock control and ordering with a eye on keeping wastage to a minimum. Customer Satisfaction: Proactively engage with customers, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues promptly. Strive to exceed guest expectations and enhance their overall experience. Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including food handling regulations, risk assessments and general compliance checks. What are we looking for? At least of 3 years of relevant management experience, preferably in the hospitality or leisure industry. A Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Strong creative and organisational skills, with the ability to innovate and bring fresh ideas to the table. A passion for providing excellent customer service and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff and customers.
