A Local Authority in West Sussex is looking for a Temporary Accommodation Team Leader to join their team on an initial 3-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension. This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days a week in the office, where you'll be leading a small team of 4-5 Temporary Accommodation Officers and reporting directly to the Assistant Director. The council has recently expanded its portfolio by acquiring a significant number of new properties for Temporary Accommodation. However, you'll still play a crucial role in sourcing and procuring further properties in the surrounding areas to meet growing demand - experience within this field is desired.
