Shirley Parsons have exclusively partnered with an events venue in Liverpool who are looking to hire a Health and Safety Business Partner to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, that has a varied risk portfolio. Operating as part of a Health and Safety team, you will report into the Head of Health and Safety. A level of flexible working will be required due to the nature of the events industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Delivering Health and Safety advice, support and guidance throughout the organisation
2. Developing and delivering a variety of Health and Safety training
3. Ensuring Health, Safety and Quality compliance in line with ISO standards
4. Fostering a positive Health and Safety culture throughout the organisation
Qualifications:
1. NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification in Health and Safety
2. Experience working within large, complex environments
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
4. The ability to build strong working relationships with a range of internal stakeholders
