You will influence that conversation. What experience are we looking for? Youll need to be an experienced HR Administrator/ Assistant/ Coordinator, ideally with evidence of having delivered positive change to HR processes/ systems. Experience with HR systems and an understanding of good HR process is essential and experience with data tools would be ideal, especially Power Bi. This is a small, growing organisation so experience of working in a startup or high growth environment would go a long way in getting up to speed quickly.
