Working in the office, you will be responsible for managing landlord/tenant matters, communication with clients, property management and delivering exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis. Details: Monday - Friday // 09:00 - 17:00 £27,000 - £30,000 (DOE) Office Based Working Pattern Start Date: Asap Key Responsibilities: Carry out rental valuations, negotiate new tenancies and complete all associated legal requirements Managing the rental process from initial setup to key handover Maintain accurate administrative records and documentation related to lettings Manage tenant enquiries and select suitable candidates to take forward Ensure properties meet all legal requirements Liaise with contractors and tenants to arrange repairs and maintenance Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed reports for landlords Tenant selection and vetting process Lease generation Pre-tenancy preparation Maintain close coordination with other departments in the business Perform tenant check-out inspections and deal with deposit What we're looking for: Residential Lettings & Property management: At least 2 years (required).
